How do I Apply for the Founding-resident Rate at the Veteran Finca?

To apply for the founding-resident rate at our all-inclusive residence, you should submit your application through our standard enrollment flow. This rate is currently extended while the finca is being completed.

The application process consists of three key steps designed to maintain our vetted veteran community:

1. Founder Conversation: You will have a private conversation with Robert Bibb, our founder and a disabled US Army veteran. This allows us to assess compatibility with the community’s values and ensure a good cultural fit.
2. Application Submission: You must submit a completed application detailing your interest in the residence.
3. Reference Checks: We conduct standard reference checks for all potential residents to help maintain a supportive and secure environment for our 12-room facility.
